The gap we were set up to close, stated plainly.
Most enterprise AI never reaches the work. A budget gets approved, a pilot runs, and by the second month the usage graph is flat. The thing could summarise whatever somebody pasted into it, and it could not see a ticket, an order, a policy document or a customer record.
The gap is almost never model capability. It is the wiring between the model and the systems where the work actually sits, and the ownership of that wiring after launch. Both are unglamorous, and both are where the value turns out to be.
We were set up to do exactly that. Build it into the system somebody already has open. Deploy it where the data is allowed to be. Stay on it after go-live, against numbers agreed before anything was written.

A system runs inside our own group's operations before it is sold outward. On real data, in real systems, measured against the same four numbers we would report to you.
That is where our proof comes from while the external record is still short. It is a less comfortable answer than a logo wall, and it is the true one.
