What we collect, why, who else sees it, how long we keep it, and how to make us delete it.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by DimenAI Technologies Private Limited (“DimenAI”, “we”, “us”), an artificial intelligence company in the Dhanesh Indore group, with its registered office at Prabhavee Tech Park, Office No. 2, A-Wing, Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045, India.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy. If you are reading this, you are the Data Principal.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers personal data we collect through dimenai.in. It does not cover data we process on behalf of a client inside a system we have built or run for them. In that work we act as a Data Processor under the client's instructions, and the terms of that processing sit in the contract with the client, not here.

3. What we collect

Data you give us

When you submit the contact form we collect the name, work email address and message you enter, and the company name and phone number if you choose to add them. These fields are the whole of it. We do not ask for anything else and there are no hidden fields beyond a single anti-spam field that only automated submissions ever fill.

Data collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested: IP address, date and time, the URL requested, HTTP status, user agent and referring URL. These logs exist for security and to diagnose faults.

What we do not collect

  • We do not run advertising or tracking pixels.
  • We do not load fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers, so no third party sees your visit.
  • We do not build a profile of you, and we do not use automated decision-making or profiling on visitors to this site.
  • We do not knowingly collect data from children.

4. Why we process it, and on what basis

WhatWhyBasis under the DPDP Act
Contact form submissionsTo answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to continue a business conversationYour consent, given when you submit the form
Server logsSecurity, fault diagnosis and keeping the site availableLegitimate use, being necessary to operate the service you requested
Consent preference stored in your browserTo remember your choice so we do not ask againNecessary for the function you asked for

We use your data for the purpose you gave it for. If we ever want to use it for something else, we will ask you first.

5. Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Two categories of provider handle it as part of running the site:

  • Hosting. Hostinger International Ltd hosts the site and processes server logs.
  • Email. Microsoft carries the message from the contact form to our inbox, and stores it there.

We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

6. Where it is stored

Site files and server logs are held by Hostinger, and enquiry emails are held by Microsoft. Both operate data centres in more than one country, so your personal data may be processed outside India. If personal data is transferred outside India, we do so only to countries not restricted by the Central Government under the DPDP Act, and under contractual terms that hold the recipient to the protections described here.

7. How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are kept for 24 months from the last contact, then deleted, unless they have become part of a contract or a live commercial conversation, in which case they are kept for as long as that relationship and any legal retention period require.

Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for 30 days.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner. See section 9.

8. How we protect it

The site is served only over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated and sanitised on the server before they are sent anywhere, specifically against header injection. The address that receives enquiries is held server-side and never appears in the page source. Access to the enquiry inbox is limited to the people who need it.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If a personal data breach affects you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act requires.

9. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

  • Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we are processing it, and the identities of anyone we have shared it with.
  • Correct data that is inaccurate, complete data that is incomplete, and update data that has changed.
  • Erase your personal data where it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it for.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that already lawfully happened.
  • Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
  • Raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if our answer does not resolve it.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also have rights of portability and objection under the GDPR, and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

10. How to exercise them

Write to info@dimenai.in and tell us what you want to do. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, so that we do not disclose someone else's data to the wrong person.

11. Children

This site is aimed at people acting in a business capacity and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly process the personal data of anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to info@dimenai.in and we will delete it.

12. Cookies

What this site stores in your browser is set out separately in the Cookie Policy. The short version is that we store one thing, your cookie choice, and nothing else.

13. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change, and we will change the date at the top when we do. If a change materially affects how we handle data you have already given us, we will tell you directly rather than relying on you to notice.
